Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Most online orders ship 4-5 days after the order is placed. If your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately. Larger quantity jobs may take up to 10-15 days after the order is placed. If you have any concerns on how long your order will take, please reach out to orders@susquehannaglass.com. Please note that production time may increase during the busy holiday season.

Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times: Our carriers include UPS and USPS. Estimated delivery is based on whether Economy/Standard or Express shipping is selected and the destination.

Fragile Item Handling: Due to the fragile nature of our products, breakage can happen even when an item is adequately packed. Replacements will be issued if photo(s) of damaged items are provided.

Damaged Shipment: Replacements for damaged items will be issued if photo(s) of the damaged items are provided.
